HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

Our office is open from 9AM to 5PM Mondays through Fridays. Our multidisciplinary ALS clinic runs on Tuesday mornings, Thursday mornings, and Friday mornings from 9AM to 1PM. MDA clinic is on Monday afternoons.

When you call, please be advised that there is a phone tree. Please answer to the prompts carefully to ensure that you are connected to the correct person. For instance, to schedule an appointment, please press '2' to be connected with the front desk.

Please note that the phone lines are open from 9AM to 12PM and 2PM to 4PM. If you leave a message outside of these posted hours, it will be returned within 48 hours.
